Man Dies More Than 2 Weeks After Being Hit In Baltimore Co. Crash
Jared Johnson-Bey, 37, was hit July 28 on Reisterstown Road and died from his injuries Aug. 14, police said.
OWINGS MILLS, MD — A 37-year-old man died more than two weeks after suffering serious injuries in a pedestrian crash late last month.
The Baltimore County Police Department announced Monday that Jared Johnson-Bey succumbed to his injuries on Aug. 14 while hospitalized.
Johnson-Bey suffered fatal injuries after being hit by a 2012 Toyota Corolla shortly after 11 p.m. on July 28.

The crash occurred on the 10100 block of Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
Preliminary findings in the case indicated the driver of the Toyota Corolla was traveling on the westbound lanes of Lifebridge Road, approaching Reisterstown Road, when the crash occurred.

An investigation into the crash remains ongoing. Charges have not been announced in the case.
