I recently went to Fussy Folks Cleaners in Owings Mill.Md. to have my daugters'prom gown altered and pressed.On 5/2/14 the gown was picked up only to find that it had not been pressed.We returned the gown on the same day. Picked the gown up on 5/2 only to find before leaving the cleaners the gown was ripped.The store owner would not take responsibility and did not refund or discount the cost 68.00 what should we do.Fussy Folks won't even answer my calls. I went back to cleaners to get clarification and the response was they never had a complaint in 30yrs. of business,laughed and said the boogie man ripped the dress...
