I was very disappointed with customer service from the owner and her son. I had my daughters' prom gown altered/pressed. I had to prepay 68.00 dollars for a gown that had to be returned for pressing and then ripped. They never answered my calls nor did they take responsibility for damaging my daughters' prom gown. They even implied the damage was her fault. A brand new gown,and both the owner and her son inspected the gown when she had to returned it to them to complete work they were initially paid for. Absolutely no class in customer service when the son laughingly agreed that the" Boogie Man "ripped the gown. Fussy Folks turned out to be a Fussy mess.
