Editorial Says Kamenetz was 'Very Good' in First Year

Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz nearly earned straight A's in his first year as the county's top boss, a local editorial says.

Kevin Kamenetz was nearly perfect in his first year as Baltimore County Executive, according to an editorial by the staff of Explore Baltimore County.

The editorial gave Kamenetz an "A" for his work in Owings Mills, specfiically mentioning the announced and the future to the area.

The editorial also gave Kamenetz an "A" for deciding to defer the construction of in the Owings Mills and Reisterstown area.
