Cherry Hill Road Bridge Ribbon Cutting

Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz will officially open the Cherry Hill Road Bridge at a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, July 19.

The Cherry Hill Road Bridge is 513 feet long and spans Gwynns Falls and the CSX Railroad. Under construction for more than two years, the bridge provides an important connection between two major roadways, Owings Mills Boulevardand Reisterstown Road; thus, alleviating traffic overload in the local communities.

The two-lane bridge is a steel girder construction with a concrete deck and stone form liner abutments. It was built by Corman Construction, a Maryland-Virginia firm, at a cost of $6 million.
