Governor: 'Stay Off the Roads Until Our Work is Done'
While crews clear roads, dangerous travel conditions persist across the state, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan says.

While many of the state’s 17,842 miles of highway have at least one lane clear, snow-covered shoulders and limited lane-widths are possible, according to the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT).
“Marylanders are encouraged to continue to refrain from driving so crews can finish removing snow and treating the roadway safely,” MDOT said in a statement.Melting snow and dropping temperatures overnight mean there may be ice underfoot Monday morning.
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan advised drivers to stay off the roads.
