OK, so they may not be able to tell you how commercial development in northwest Baltimore County is going to shape up.
But nevertheless, the White House has asked Owings Mills and the rest of Patch's network to extend an invitation to our readers to submit questions to the president and his administration. The five best questions from across the country will be answered.
