Lizzie and Carmella Are the Pets of the Week
Lizzie and Carmella Are the Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society.
This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Lizzie and Carmella. Here's a little about each of them ---
Lizzy:
Laid back Lizzy is what they call me in these parts. I came here from Virginia for a change of scenery because I wasn't having any luck there. Hard to believe, right? I am so sweet and loving and a joy to be around. I'm pretty quiet too, sometimes you may forget I'm even there. I just need food, treats, a comfy dog bed and love...Love is most important! I do have heart worm disease so I need to find either a foster home or someone who will foster to adopt me . Then BHS can start my heart worm treatment. If you have any questions about this please don't hesitate to ask one of our staff members. Oh by the way, I love other dogs and lived with three in my previous home. I will be patiently waiting for someone to visit me. See ya’ later, Love Lizzy.

Carmella:
Hello, I'm Carmella, a beautiful and stunning senior lady looking for a home. I'm a quiet and laid back kitty who welcomes attention. I'm super sweet, like being held or carried around, and enjoy being brushed and being made over and with these long locks I have, I need to be brushed daily! I believe I would make a great companion for anyone. Do you want to show some love to an old gal like me and take me into your home? I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and currently getting insulin. I’m also eating special food that will hopefully help me. I wonder if there is anyone out there who is also diabetic and would love a companion whom they can relate to? Please visit BHS soon and ask to see Carmella. I'll be waiting!
