Long-Delayed Metro Centre Will Break Ground This Month

Tony Baysmore, special assistant to Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, announced the ground breaking at Monday's ROG meeting in Reisterstown.

After more than a decade of delays, Baltimore County will take part in a ground breaking ceremony for the construction of Metro Centre at Owings Mills this month.

Part of the development will include a county library and an Owings Mills branch of the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), said Tony Baysmore, special assistant to County Executive Kevin Kamenetz.

Baysmore said ground breaking will be Thursday, July 28 at 1:30 p.m.
