Man Charged In Windsor Inn Murder
Video surveillance helped police solve the murder, officials said.

WINSDOR MILL, MD - A Baltimore man has been indicted on murder charges, among other offenses, in connection with a homicide outside the Windsor Inn that took place on St. Patrick's Day.
Kevin Tyrone Glover, 37, of the 1000-block of West Baltimore Street, was captured at the scene on surveillance video, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
Glover was seen approaching the driver's side of a vehicle across the street from the Windsor Inn around 1:30 a.m. on March 17, police reported. He is accused of shooting the person inside and fleeing with a getaway driver parked across the street in the 7200 block of Windsor Mill Road.

Bernie Maurice Slater, 24, was found lying in a parking lot across from the Windsor Inn with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body, according to authorities. He got out of his vehicle and tried to cross Windsor Mill Road, collapsing on the ground in front of the Windsor Inn, officials reported.
Glover was charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault, using a firearm in a felony crime, possession of a firearm, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, having a handgun on his person and conspiracy.

He was taken into custody on Aug. 23 for allegedly violating his probation, which was related to a DUI offense in 2015, police said.
