Maryland Congressional, State Leaders Praise Military for Osama bin Laden’s Death

Maryland’s state and federal leaders praised the “heroic” efforts that led to Osama bin Laden’s death, but cautioned that work still needs to be done in fighting terrorism.

Political leaders were mixed in proclaiming yesterday a “great day” for the U.S. and calling for reflection and prayers for peace.
