National Night Out in Reisterstown is hosted by the Reisterstown Improvement, Chartley Homeowners and Country Club Estates Community Associations on Tuesday, August 5th in the lower parking lot of the Chartley Park Shopping Center from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Everyone is invited.
The event is designed to promote involvement in crime prevention activities, police-community partnerships, and community camaraderie. The Reisterstown event also includes displays and demonstrations in safety, health, environment, emergency preparedness and community activities.
The BGE High Voltage Safety demonstration will be held at 7 pm. Naturalists from the Department of Natural Resources explain the "Scales and Tales" found in our woodlands. Visit the Oriole mascot "The Bird". the Chick Fil-A Cow and Mc Gruff the crime fighting dog of Precinct #3. There will be a children's craft & game area and games for teens and adults.
