Olive Garden Should Open in January
The Italian-American themed restaurant is taking up shop in Tony Roma's old spot off Red Run Boulevard.

Locals yearning for all you can eat soup, salad and breadsticks in Owings Mills will have to hold on until the New Year.
An Olive Garden restaurant off Red Run Boulevard is scheduled to open in late January 2012, said Heidi Schauer, a restaurant spokeswoman.
The future Olive Garden, at 6 Restaurant Park Drive, was formerly Tony Roma's, a cowboy-themed steakhouse. Tony Roma’s closed in early 2010.

The Italian-American themed restaurant chain is owned by Darden Concepts, Inc., which also owns Red Lobster and LongHorn Steakhouse.
There are 12 other Olive Garden restaurants in Maryland, including in Westminster and Perry Hall.
