OWINGS MILLS, MD — Pumpkins are showing up at grocery stores and roadside stands as Halloween creeps closer. Temperatures will be mild, with highs in the upper 60s Thursday and Friday, warming to the low 70s Saturday, Sunday and Monday, according to the National Weather Service forecast for Owings Mills.
