An Owings Mills man is reportedly facing robbery, assault and theft charges in a messy shoplifting case at a Pennsylvania Walmart. He allegedly dropped his cell phone at the scene, which enabled investigators to tie him — along with fingerprints — to the Walmart.
Brandon Gallen Floyd, 30, of the 9000 block of Thistledown Court, is accused of pulling a knife on staff who tried to stop him from leaving the store in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, according to the York Daily Record. The newspaper reported Floyd set off the fire alarm when he tried to leave through the back door with a cart containing TVs, a queen-sized air mattress, interactive white boards and other items, before he was chased, left the cart and pulled the knife when staff tried to block his exit.
