Owings Mills Complex to Get $6 Million Facelift

Look out for Foundry Centre, the new and improved version of Mill Towne Village in Owings Mills.

OWINGS MILLS, MD – What is currently known as Mill Towne Village will be rebranded in the next year, just as changes come nearby.

The apartment complex located across the street from Foundry Row will undergo a major renovation.

It will be renamed Foundry Centre Apartments and given $6 million in updates to its 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartment offerings, according to a statement from L3C Capital Partners, which is overseeing the renovations.

Foundry Row is a commercial development in the 10100 block of Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills that will soon be home to Wegmans as well as many other businesses.

"Foundry Centre's new name and branding aligns with its renovations, but more importantly, it puts the area's revitalization at the forefront," said Antoinette Marie Johnson, whose branding agency is working with Foundry Centre Apartments. "Residents at Foundry Centre Apartments will have the ability to walk to everything in less than two minutes, a trend we see millennials begging for in their living experiences."
