Owings Mills Driver Involved In Double Fatal I-83 Crash: Police
Police said an Owings Mills man survived a crash in which two others died early Sunday morning on Interstate 83 in Baltimore County.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — An Owings Mills man was involved in a deadly crash on Interstate 83 in Baltimore County early Sunday morning, according to Maryland State Police. He allegedly hit two people who were outside their vehicle after it had crashed and become disabled.
Dana E. Parker, 49, of Owings Mills, had been driving a 2013 Hyundai headed north on I-83, police said.
He hit a man and woman, throwing the man off the bridge into the river below, according to authorities.

Parker refused treatment at the scene, police said.
Renee D. Harrell, 25, of Belcamp, and Gary G. Boyd Jr. 37, of Baltimore, were both pronounced deceased, according to officials.

Officials said that Harrell and Boyd had been in a 2009 Toyota Camry that got into a crash and became disabled near Ruxton Road perpendicular to the fast lane on I-83 north.
The crash is still under investigation and "nothing has been ruled out at this time," Maryland State Police said in a statement Sunday.
The interstate was closed in the area for several hours as authorities processed the scene.
I-83 north reopened around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, police reported.
It was the third fatal crash in four days on a Baltimore County highway.
On Friday a woman was killed in a wrong-way crash on I-695 near Loch Raven Boulevard.
On Thursday, police said a man was killed on the Harford Road exit from I-695 while picking up debris.
