Owings Mills Resident Charged in Murder of Reisterstown Man: Police
The two were fighting over a gun, police said.

Police have charged an Owings Mills man in connection with a homicide over the weekend, authorities said Tuesday.
Ramon Antoni B. Constanza, 31, of the unit block of Haines Court in Owings Mills, is charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm to commit a felony, court records show.

Constanza and another man—identified as Carlos Alberto Perez Roque, 24, of the 12000 block of Boncrest Drive in Reisterstown—“became involved in a struggle over a handgun” Sunday inside a residence in the unit block of Haines Court, the Baltimore County Police Department reported.
Roque was shot once in the upper body, according to police.

Medical personnel pronounced Roque dead at the scene, where officials responded before 9:30 p.m., police reported.
Police said Constanza was being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
