This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Paisley and Gigi. Here's a little about each of them ---
Paisley:
Paisley here! Aren't I a beauty? I'm an active girl looking for someone with an active lifestyle. I would love to spend my days going for long walks, hikes, maybe even a run. The staff says I walk really nicely on a leash. I especially enjoy the company of people and getting loved on. I also know commands like 'Sit' and 'Paw' and would love to learn more. If you are looking for a big cuddle bug then I may be your girl!

Hey, everybody, I'm Gigi; I'm known as a cat with some 'tude. Yes, indeed, I'm your typical independent gal, who's not above being appealed to with some petting. But if I'm focused on food or you've just clipped my nails, I don't want a lot of comforting. I'll let you know I'm not in the mood by tapping your head with my paw (but no claws sticking out). I'm best known for my kitty conversational skills; I know my name and I'll answer you. Folks around here say it sounds like "Hi" in people talk. I also love, love, love food. I'm sort of like the dinner bell; when I see food coming, I have to let everyone know. By the way, I've heard the humans say that I'm kind of like a mascot around here. Yeah, I've been around, but I wouldn't mind having a home, too. If you like a cat like me, come down and visit; I promise to show you my famous 'tude (Translation: attitude).
