Reisterstown Festival to be Downsized
First Bloomin' Artfest announced it would be delayed until 2013, now Reisterstown Festival organizers say the event will be held, but will be smaller than previous years.
Just weeks after Bloomin’ Artfest committee members announced that Reisterstown’s annual art festival was postponed until 2013, Reisterstown Festival organizers told The Community Times that the festival will happen but will probably be smaller this year.
Festival committee president Patrick Naughton said the number of volunteers keeps shrinking, and executive director Norma Bosley also stepped down, The Community Times reported.
Naughton said a majority of the festivities will take place on Saturday, with Sunday still featuring the car show.
