Road Closures Still Create Obstacles in Owings Mills, Reisterstown

Most have had power restored after thousands were left in the dark during and after the worst of yesterday's rain in northwest Baltimore County, but some area road closures are still in effect.

Baltimore County released an updated list of road closures just after 8:30 a.m. Thursday. The list will be continually updated on the county website.

The most recent list shows nearly two dozens roads being affected in the Owings Mills and Reisterstown area, though officials have warned the status of these closed roads may change quickly throughout the day:

• Timber Grove between Owings Mills Blvd and Long Lake Drive
• Gunpowder Rd between Falls Rd and Mt Carmel Road
• Unit block of Sunny King Drive
• Lyons Mill Rd & Deer Park Road
• Reisterstown Rd & Mt. Wilson
• Crestline Rd & Bookline Rd – Tree down across the roadway
• Gores Mill between Nicodemus & Cockeysmill is closed – Bridge washed away
• Uppermill Rd & IronboltFalls Rd & Gunpowder
• Milford & Scotts Hill (bridge washed out)
• Lyons Mill & Deer Park
• Park Heights & Caves
• Dolfield & Owings Mills (tree partially blocking road)
