Estranged Husband Charged In Randallstown Double Homicide: Police
An Owings Mills man is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — After two people were killed in a home near Randallstown this week, officials say they have charged the estranged husband of one of the victims.
Dominick Daniel Hursey, 43, of the unit block of Chase Mill Circle in Owings Mills, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
Police said the suspect was married to Chinika Hursey, 36, who was found deceased Monday morning in the 4100 block of Bald Eagle Court. Her boyfriend, Steven Scott Campbell, 36, was also killed, according to officials.

While a motive has not been officially determined, authorities said their preliminary investigation indicates the slayings may be related to the separation of the Hurseys and custody of their children.
Authorities said the children were home at the time Chinika Hursey and Steven Campbell were killed.

A judge had issued a protective order against Dominick Hursey in February in Howard County after an incident in which Chinika Hursey was assaulted, officials reported.
Dominick Hursey was being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
