Randallstown Drug Deal Leads To Murder Charges Against 2: Police
Baltimore County Police charged two men with murder in the shooting death of a Randallstown man.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Two men are charged with murder in the death of a Randallstown man. He was gunned down in what officials allege was a drug transaction on Sunday, Aug. 4.
Derrick Laurence Towe-Williams, 27, was found shot in the 3900 block of Shenton Road, the block where he lives, according to police. Authorities were called there at 11:19 a.m. for a reported assault and found Towe-Williams suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene, officials reported.
Homicide detectives said they believed that he was targeted.

Cory Dwayne Fennell, 21, of the 4800 block of Truesdale Avenue and Markus Haggins, 26, of the 2800 block of Forest Glen Road, were both charged with first-degree murder. Both are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
A preliminary hearing in the case is slated for Sept. 6.
