Secrets Hosts Spring Fling Saturday on Main Street
With the cancellation of this year's Bloomin' Artfest, several Main Street shop owners are coming together Saturday to try to liven up Reisterstown.

When Bloomin’ Artfest officials announced that , Main Street was left without a spring festival. But that didn’t stop the owners of from making something happen.
The arts boutique and craft workshop hosts its first annual on Saturday at 214 Main Street.
“It’s spring time and time for people to come back to Main Street,” said co-owner Kristin Scanlon.

The event features a variety of crafts and kids activities, a food tasting and music from the Unity Reggae Band. The event runs from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., with activities throughout the day.
From 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., attendees can decorate fabric with black light paint, paint balloons, throw paint-filled balloons at a shed, make tie dye t-shirts and enter a raffle for summer craft camp. Merchandise will also be discounted. From 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., there will be face-painting and glitter tattoos. The owner of Prodrum, a music studio on Main Street, will also be at the event.

The Unity Reggae Band plays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and a food tasting from Your Tasteful Palate is from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Tennessee Jed from will be giving live glassblowing demonstrations throughout the event.
