Suspects In Owings Mills Target Shooting IDed
Police have identified two men suspected in the shooting inside the Owings Mills Target that happened in March 2018.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — Police identified the suspects in the shooting that cleared out the Target store in Owings Mills nearly three months ago. Despite identifying them, police said Friday that authorities have been unable to locate the two men.
At the time of the shooting, which happened in March, police said one person shot toward a couple of individuals who had started physically fighting in the cafe of the Target at 11200 Reisterstown Road.
It was unclear who was the intended target of the gunfire, and the store was evacuated after the shooting at approximately 5:41 p.m. on Monday, March 12.

The suspects are Ronald Anthony Williams and Travonn Jamal Smith, police said. Here is what investigators know about them:
- Ronald Anthony Williams is 26 with black shoulder-length dreadlocks and brown eyes. He is 6-feet-1-inch tall and 280 pounds. He frequents areas in Baltimore City, Pikesville and Owings Mills.
- Travonne Jamal Smith is 22 years old, wears glasses and has brown eyes and short black hair. He is 5-feet-7-inches tall and 125 pounds. Smith is known to go to areas in Baltimore City and Owings Mills.
