Virtual Reality Experience In Owings Mills on Sunday

At Rosenbloom Owings Mills Jewish Community Center's Block Party on Sunday, see what can happen when you take your eyes off the road.

As part of a nationwide campaign to help curb distracted driving, AT&T’s 2017 It Can Wait tour will stop at the Rosenbloom Owings Mills Jewish Community Center’s Block Party on Sunday, June 4, 2017, beginning at 10 a.m. The center is located at 3506 Gwynnbrook Ave., Owings Mills.

Event attendees will be able to use virtual reality technology to see what happens when they take their eyes off the road to look at their phones. It’s one of around 300 stops nationwide this year.

AT&T’s participation in this community event is a result of a relationship with Sinai Hospital in Baltimore and other trauma centers that in April teamed up for a series of Distracted Driving Awareness Month activities hospitals across Maryland.
