The 4th Annual Shirlee Dinkin Zumbathon for Alzheimer's/The Legacy Lives On

The Shirlee Dinkin Zumbathon for Alzheimers will be held on October 27th at the JCC Owings Mills from 1pm-4pm.  There is a donation of $20 at the door via check or cash.  We had the pleasure of taking care of our beautiful mom for 4 years and watched the devastating results of the progression of this insidious disease. Our mom passed this past January and this will be part of her legacy.  Because there is still no cure, it is imperative to raise funding for research.  All proceeds from the Zumbathon go directly to research. I volunteer in assisted living facilities and see more and more baby boomers entering with early onset dementia. Seniors from the Weinberg Village will entertain you and truly- they are the bomb! Come and dance and exercise with fabulous instructors from the mid Atlantic region and the internationally famous Maria Browning.
