Eight gas stations in Owings Mills and Reisterstown remain under $3.70 per gallon, according to prices reported on GasBuddy.com as of 5 a.m. Wednesday.

The average price in the Baltimore area rose nearly 3 cents overnight to $3.72—up 16 cents from a month ago and $1.09 from this time last year.
