Trinity Lutheran Church at 833 Deer Park Rd in Westminster/Smallwood is having their 138th Annual Dutch Picnic Festival on Saturday, August 2, 2014 from 8 am-6 pm. There will be a Flea Market, Crafts Market, Silent Auction and Nearly New sale as well as a Children’s Activity Center. There are several opportunities for food: Breakfast Fare starting at 8 am, Sandwiches , Drinks, Funnel Cakes, Ice Cream and Bake Table in the Grove from 10 am – 6 pm and Fried Chicken & Ham Dinner in the Social Hall from 1pm to 5 pm: $12 Adults, $6 for children 6-12; under 6, Free
Come and enjoy the free entertainment: 11:30-1pm: Damascus Road Trio, 1:30 to 2:30 pm: Sunday Night Big Band, 3pm to 6 pm, Westminster Municipal Band and DJ Blaine Brown all day.
15% of the day’s profits will be split between Carroll County Food Sunday, Carroll Lutheran School and Carroll Hospice.
