VIDEO: Owings Mills Mall to be Torn Down, Redeveloped
Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz announced the project Thursday in Towson.
The Owings Mills Mall will be demolished and redeveloped by Kimco Realty and General Growth Properties in a joint-venture partnership, Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz said.
The project will cost the companies between $65 and $75 million.
