4-Year-Old And Grandmother Have Been Found: Police
Police said the two people who had been missing since Friday were last seen leaving a funeral.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A 4-year-old girl and her grandmother who were reported missing have been located, Baltimore County police reported. Authorities canceled the lookout for the duo Tuesday morning.
Tonya Denise Decator, 53, and Devynne Kharter Smith, 4, had last been seen on Friday, March 1, leaving a funeral on North Avenue in Baltimore City, officials reported on Monday.
By 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, the Baltimore County Police Department said that the pair had been located unharmed and returned home.

Devynne Kharter Smith, 4, has green eyes and was wearing a green coat with multicolored pants when she was last seen, officials reported. She is 3-feet-5-inches tall and 32 pounds, police said.

Her grandmother, Tonya Denise Decator, 53, had permission to take Devynne, according to officials, but neither has been seen since Friday, March 1.
At the time, they were leaving a funeral in the 2700 block of North Avenue, police said.
