Duct Tape Rose

You will need duct tape, a straw & scissors. There are tons of colors & patterns of duct tape out there. The possibilities are endless.

Step 1 

Cut a piece of duct tape the size of your straw & cover  lenghthwise.

Step 2

Cut several strips of duct tape  about 2 inches each.

Step 3

Lay duct tape sticky side up & fold top corners in to make a point, leaving some stickiness on bottom, these are your petals.

Step 4

Take your petal & wrap around straw tightly, this will be the center of your rose.

Step 5

Repeating steps 2-4  loosely stick the petals around the center. Make sure to adhere the petals to the both straw and the center piece. Continue until you've reached the desired size.

Step 6

If you want leaves just make 2 petals the color of your stem & stick towards the bottom of your rose & onto stem.
