Lost: Husky Jumps the Fence in Parkville
Penny slipped her collar and escaped on Dec. 22.

“Hi neighbors my dog Penny pulled off her collar this morning and jumped my fence in the back yard. She is wearing a purple harness. She is very timid but friendly if anyone sees her please let me know send me a message. Here is a picture of her”
