Man Shot And Injured In Parkville: Police

PARKVILLE, MD — Police said that a man was hospitalized Tuesday after he was shot on Solar Circle. Based on the preliminary investigation, authorities said the victim may have been involved in an argument that led to the shooting.

Officers were dispatched to the unit block of Solar Circle for a report of shots fired at 7:42 p.m., police said.

Authorities said they found a man who had been shot in the leg, and they treated him at the scene before he was taken to an area hospital. He is expected to survive, police reported.

The suspect was gone before police were called to the area, according to officials.
