We are looking for anyone who witnessed an Auto Barn flat bed tow truck towing a 16' white box truck, between June 2, 2016 at approximately 11:30 PM and June 3, 2016 at approximately 12:30 AM in the Parkville area around Perring Parkway and Joppa Road. We are espcially intersted in hearing from anyone who may have seen the tow truck attempt to tow the box truck under the 695 underpass on Perring Parkway.
