Baltimore Co. Paramedic Sentenced For Masturbating On Workplace Items
Footage earlier reviewed by prosecutors captured the paramedic ejaculating or urinating into soap dispensers and food, among other items.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A Baltimore County paramedic was sentenced to nearly 30 years in prison on Tuesday after pleading guilty to masturbating and urinating on workplace items.
Court documents show Christopher Carroll, 36, will serve 25 years for three counts of causing another person to ingest bodily fluids.
CBS Baltimore previously reported that the state was requesting a 30-year prison sentence with all but 20 years suspended, all of which would be followed by five years of supervised probation.

Carroll previously worked as a paramedic with the Baltimore County Fire Department.
The sentencing marks an end to a case that first opened in December 2025, when an investigation was opened over reports that Carroll filmed himself masturbating on a range of firehouse equipment, iceboxes, and food items such as a pot of chili and coffee creamer used by coworkers.

In one video, Carroll was seen walking up to an ice machine with his penis exposed. The caption for the video read: "They always say, don’t drink the yellow snow … but I’m just trying to make a slushy!!"
Charges weren't filed in the case until February, with Carroll ultimately pleading guilty in August.
The Baltimore Sun reported at the time that several items returned DNA matching Carroll, who had posted the content on social media and paid subscription sites like OnlyFans.
City officials were said to have paid more than $260,000 for hazmat cleaning and new machines in response to the Carroll case, according to the outlet.
Carroll was also tied to a separate civil case in which his estranged wife said that he'd masturbated on her toothbrush and inside a mouthwash bottle — items he said belonged to him. Carroll has maintained that the videos he filmed were part of role-play he engaged in with other individuals.
