2 Children, 1 Adult Hospitalized From Belair Road Crash

Officials said a crash on Belair Road Thursday night left two with serious injuries.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD β€” Three people were hospitalized after a crash that shut down Belair Road Thursday night near Overlea, officials said. Two children and one adult were injured.

Crews were dispatched to the 7100 block of Belair Road at 7:27 p.m. on Thursday, April 25. Belair Road was closed in both directions after 7:30 p.m.

Rescuers reported they had freed an adult who was trapped in the wreck by 7:50 p.m. The adult was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, officials reported.

Two children were taken to Johns Hopkins for treatment, one of whom had serious injuries and another whose injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, according to the Baltimore County Fire Department.
