The Baltimore County Police Crash Investigation Team is looking into what caused the deadly crash.

Signal technicians and utility crews are working to repair a traffic signal damaged on Kenwood Avenue at Lillian Holt Drive in Overlea, according to the State Highway Administration, which said the intersection would remain closed through Tuesday evening.

The crash Tuesday morning "severely damaged the traffic signal system that controls the intersection," state transportation officials reported.

Both directions of Kenwood Avenue were detoured via Lillian Holt Drive, Rossville Boulevard and Belair Road, and Lillian Holt Drive was closed to southbound traffic, which was detoured to US 1/Belair Road.

Elsewhere, a tractor-trailer overturned, blocking one lane on the entrance ramp from I-95 south to MD 43, the Maryland Transportation Authority reported. The overturned tractor-trailer leaked fuel, authorities said.

By 10:15 a.m., the ramp had reopened.
