2026 Primary: Who's Running For Perry Hall

With submissions closed, Patch has compiled a list of the Perry Hall contenders vying for a county seat in the June primary.

PERRY HALL, MD — With the filing deadline passed, the list of contenders vying for a county seat in the June primary election has been cemented.

In total, five Democrats and two Republicans are running for a county executive seat on the Baltimore County Council.

The county is operating under a new districting map that shifted Perry Hall's coverage from the 5th District to the 7th District. Although the change takes effect for the 2026 election cycle, constituents are still required to reach out to their 5th District representatives for any issues or concerns.

For the county's 7th District, which encompasses the Perry Hall area, a total of two candidates are up at bat for a council seat.

Two candidates are listed as contenders for the 7th District position on the Baltimore County Board of Education.

What To Keep In Mind Ahead Of The 2026 Primaries

Mail-In Ballots

  • To receive mail-in ballots by mail or fax, file a request by June 16.
  • To receive mail-in ballots online, file by June 19.
  • To receive mail-in ballots in person, request at your local board. Ballots must be postmarked by June 23 to meet the submission deadline.
  • Ballot drop box sites will be made available to Baltimore County residents until 8 p.m. on June 23.
