750,000-Square-Foot Project Under Construction Near White Marsh

A project on Interstate 95 at MD 43 will be developed after the land owned by Paragon changed hands.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Two buildings under construction near Interstate 95 at MD 43 are in development. Called Nottingham Ridge Logistics Center, the project calls for two warehouse buildings.

About 750,000 square feet of space will be available once the two class A warehouse/industrial buildings are finished. They are slated to be complete in early 2020.

One at 5300 Nottingham Drive will be a 585,000-square-foot building with 36-foot clear ceiling.

One at 5301 Nottingham Drive will be a 165,000 square feet with a 32-foot-clear ceiling height.

Each will have drive-in and dock door loading capacity.

Atapco Properties and Chesapeake Real Estate Group acquired the 52-acre site off I-95 near Route 43/White Marsh Boulevard from Paragon Outlets in 2018.

The companies are currently working on marketing and leasing the two buildings, which should be ready for tenants by the first quarter of 2020
