After 3 Fires, House Declared Total Loss: Baltimore County Official
The most recent fire caused $500,000 in damage, official says.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Three fires are under investigation at the same house, according to Baltimore County public safety officials, who said it has been deemed uninhabitable.
The fires took place over the weekend, with two on Saturday and one on Sunday in the 6400 block of Catalpa Road.
Fire investigators are "still investigating to determine if they are related in any way," according to Officer Jennifer Peach of the Baltimore County Police Department.

The cause and origin of the blazes remain under investigation, Peach told Patch on Wednesday.

When crews arrived on Sunday, heavy smoke was showing from the first floor and attic, with fire coming from the back, according to the Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company. Its personnel were there for six hours, officials said, knocking the fire, checking for hot spots and conducting overhaul.
