The sentencing stems from the July 2024 deaths of 75-year-old Iona Sellers and 29-year-old Autumn Harvey in Middle River.

The decision came down after Circuit Judge Marc DeSimone Jr. ruled that Bryan Cherry, 38, posed a risk to the public if he was released, The Banner reported.
