April 27: Business Association Sponsors Social Media Seminar

Small business owners may feel intimidated by a sea of online social media. From Facebook to Twitter, businesses are sharing information and advertising online like never before. 

For this reason, the Perry Hall White Marsh Business Association is sponsoring a social media seminar at the  restaurant on April 27, noon-1:30 p.m. Registration costs $10. 

"It is open to anyone, but is going to be geared for small business using social media and improving their website standing," said Lynn Richardson, president of the PHWMBA. 

John Zimmerer of ProMark Consulting will present information and tips about Facebook, Twitter and website optimization from the business standpoint. Soft drinks  and coffee will be provided and lunch will be available for purchase.
