Baseball Bat Assault Near Rossville Boulevard Injures Teen
The suspect assaulted a 14-year-old with a baseball bat, then ran away, Baltimore County police report.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A 14-year-old boy is in serious condition after he was assaulted with a baseball bat in the Rosedale area this week, police said. The teen is hospitalized, and the suspect is at large.
Police said the boy was coming home from school with a relative after 1 p.m. on Wednesday when he got out of a vehicle and was approached by someone who hit him several times with a baseball bat in the 4700 block of Stellabrooke Lane.
The suspect ran away after the assault, and the victim was taken to a local hospital. The boy was in serious condition as of Thursday afternoon, according to officials.
