My daughter was shopping at White Marsh Mall [Friday] night and lost her wallet containing $100. Usually, I'd never let her shop with that much money, but she wanted to go with friends and try to find some good Black Friday deals.
Now we know how busy that mall had to be. She called me from the mall upset that she had lost her wallet. Well, we thought for sure it was gone. She looked, checked with security, etc.

I had been upset all the next morning and then we got a knock on the door and a gentleman asked if this was our residence said that he had found something.
I said, "A wallet?" He said, "yes," and that he hoped everything was in there and it was! He figured it couldn't have been on the floor long.
Of all the people to pick this up, it was someone so honest. My faith in people has been restored. After hearing all these stories of people acting uncivilized at these Black Friday sales, to have something like this happen—I cannot even put into words my gratitude!
The only identification she had in it was a Child Find ID from when she was 6 (she is 14 now). Luckily, we are at the same address. I can't even express how blessed we are.
The gentleman wouldn't accept anything, but I did manage to get a little info from him so I can make sure to get something to make it up to him. He has truly made our Christmas extra special!
I just thought other people would like to hear how there are still wonderful, honest people out there, especially when we hear so much bad stuff.
