Car topper and bag

Black car topper rack, and bag to bring things for travels. Made it across the country and up the coast. Selling the whole set for $40. New the rack costs $60. 
The reason the picture shows bags on the bottom of the rack is because we did not want it to make marks on our walls if our child happened to knock it over.
