Child Pornographer From Kingsville Sentenced To 27 Years
A 33-year-old Kingsville man who sexually victimized children will be in prison until he is 60 years old, according to federal officials.

GREENBELT, MD — A Kingsville man was sentenced to 27 years in prison for production of child pornography. He will be on supervised probation for the rest of his life upon his release, officials reported after sentencing on Monday, Dec. 10.
Keith Edward Taylor, 33, will not be released until he has served his full sentence; authorities noted there is no parole in federal prison.
Taylor admitted to using an instant messaging app to communicate with boys 12 to 15 years old, typically pretending to be a woman to entice them to send explicit photos and videos of themselves. In one instance, he tried to get a victim to send pornographic pictures of the victim's sister, the plea agreement states.

Investigators found about 250 videos and more than 600 photographs on the two laptops, cell phone, tablet and SD cards from his residence in the 11700 block of Cedar Lane in Kingsville.
Taylor used the app Kik under the username "whysoserious03," according to his plea agreement.

In addition to producing child pornography, Taylor admitted that he distributed, possessed and transported child pornography and encouraged another man in the abuse of a 9-year-old girl, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland reported.
In December 2017, Taylor encouraged another Kik user as part of a pornography trade to force his stepdaughter to commit sex acts and tape it, and he also discussed the user having sex with his children, the plea agreement says.
Taylor's victims lived across the U.S. and internationally. Officials said he admitted specifically to communicating with five boys in Texas, Massachusetts, Iowa, Michigan and Colorado.
U.S. District Judge Deborah K. Chasanow sentenced Taylor on Monday, Dec. 10, to serve 27 years in prison and upon his release, to register as a sex offender wherever he lives, works and/or studies.
