City Performs 'Routine Maintenance' on Perry Hall Water Tower

Officials say that workers replaced some water valves Monday afternoon.

Workers with the Baltimore City Department of Public Works performed routine maintenance on the Perry Hall water tower Monday afternoon, officials said.

Workers on the scene opened a manhole cover outside of the Ebenezer Road tower and said they were replacing some valves.

No area homes or businesses lost water service during the maintenance, said Kurt Kocher, a public works spokesman.
