Aerobics/Strength Training Class for Women! Set to positive and encouraging Christian music!
Traditional fitness program includes a balanced workout of cardio, strength training, and flexibility routines. The cardio section includes a flair of cardio kickboxing and fitness dance moves. Use hand held weights or elastic resistance for a strength training workout that will hit all major muscle groups.
Come get a GREAT workout and have fun in a supportive and encouraging environment! All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
