The association's first-ever happy hour event—for members and nonmembers—is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on July 12 at at 8706 Belair Rd.
"Join us to learn more about the PHIA and how you can get involved—or just enjoy a fun evening out getting to know your neighbors! And of course, there will be food and drink specials," Dennis M. Robinson, Jr., president of the Perry Hall Improvement Association stated in a press release.
